acceptance criteria:

The WifiDirect singleton shall expose a new interface named "peerDisconnectionListener"
The WifiDirect singleton shall provide methods for subscribing and unsubscribing listeners to the above interface.
The WifiDirect singleton shall inform all listeners in the event of a disconnect
Instrumented testing for this functionality shall occur within the WifiDirectInstrumentedTest class
