@nicop2pu I updated the text as suggested, but that text is only in the text based email and chances are good that most people would read the HTML version.
Any other ideas or suggestions to get feedback rather than replies to the reminder we send?
I think the big thing is organizing the timing of the survey that is sent to facilitators, in a way that it is sent with the learners link included, after the second last learning circle.
I wonder if there is a way of highlighting this on a dashboard, "you're learning circle is almost done - have the learners complete a brief survey".
Kansas City just emailed asking that we do this soon, so that we get better reporting feedback. I'm moving it to prioritized in the feedback project.
@GrifP can you please help with the copy. The current message is here and subject is "How did your learning circle go?"
subject: "How is you learning circle going?"

Hi {{learner_name}},

Can you take a few minutes to let us know how your learning circle is going? Your feedback - the good and the bad - will improve the learning circle program for learners and facilitators around the world.

Let’s start with what brought you here. When you signed up for the learning circle, you said that your primary goal was: {{learner_goal}}.

@dirkcuys - use the text above for now. I thought there was an email to facilitators that said basically "FYI, this is an email we just sent to learners, please forward it to anyone who didn't register throughout system", but I can't find it in the repo, so maybe I'm wrong. (I could only find the facilitator message that goes out after the final learning circle).
Can you confirm whether that message exists or not? If it does, we probably need to change text there as well.
You are right, there is no message that goes to the facilitator about this. Since we send the last week group activity email to the facilitator we decided to not send the organizer another email then. If we want to send a message to facilitators, we could do so, but it should be a new issue.
@GrifP - should we also update this sentence:
To what extent did you achieve this goal during the learning circle?
Maybe
To what extent do you expect to achieve this goal during the learning circle?
How about “to what extend are you achieving your goals during this learning circle?”

@dirk, can you change the text to read:
I've received about 20+ replies just like this. Where the learner replies to me or learning circles but does not click on the link. This happened a lot when I sent out the reminder emails to all the learners.
