Adding cosmetic #22

I had added table of content to the about and the same for the Curriculum page
Fixed some bugs on HTML on Badges site
Rerendered display of Badges
Added a link to badges where before was none
And made badge start with capital B

There is plenty of changes just bcs of spaces in css but are not really fixers or anything

Is there a minified version of TOCify? Also, does it work well on mobiles?

Yes, I will add it now. And yes I had made it disappear on mobile phones. In my opinion that is the best solution since scrolling on mobile is ever more friendly than computer
