[Request] Map defined Strawberries #8

I think it'd be interesting if mappers could create their own maps for Celeste Mode, and place their own Strawberries without having to manually patch scripts/vscripts/modes/celeste.nut

I'm not exactly sure how this would best be implemented, maybe generic_actors with specific targetnames are replaced with Strawberries?

I'm admittedly not very experienced with how the Speedrun Mod works, so if this is an impossible request, feel free to say so.
