Include Warband reputation bonus in tooltip #59

Describe the solution you'd like The default world quest tooltip includes the line "Awards a one-time Warband reputation bonus" if applicable, but with BWQ installed, that line doesn't appear. It'd be great if it did!

Describe alternatives you've considered Really any way to indicate none of my warband has done that world quest would be great.

The 2nd line in the tooltip that says which faction the world quest is for, if the text color is grey then it's not awarding reputation.

I'm not using custom tooltips, it's re-using the same system Blizzard is. I'll take a look and see why/if they are different.
