This one requires a bit more work in Engineering, spending 30 points in the Novelties sub-specialization to unlock the choices.

After unlocking the sub-specialization you'll have to triangulate in each zone before the options show up. The random option persists after triangulating.

The locations in each zone are randomized, possibly out of a pool of pre-set locations, so I'll place the markers center-ish on each map.
