♻️ refactor!: typescript, yarn 3 & SWC

This PR:

• Rewrites everything with Typescript, replacing the incomplete definitions already available (gg @antoinechassagne)
• Transitions the project to Yarn 3 with pnpm linker, as Yarn 1 is obsolete
• Replaces babel with SWC with es5 compat to counter the lack of browserslist config
• Adds a new serializers global & per-function option to allow complex data like BigInt, Map, or any custom data to be pre-serialized for JSON.stringify
• [BREAKING] Unknown data is now serialized as {} instead of letting JSON.stringify throw an error
