created by column is not displaying approver name #1241

steps:

login as superadmin
add user1 (as role_approver) to workspace created by superadmin
login as user1
select the workspace created & added by superadmin
click on manage metadata version
add metadata version

Expected: created by column should display user1 name Actual: it is displaying workspace owner name only

Note: This issue is from this deployment only
