Multiple results in chat bugged [BUG] #41

**Module Version: v2.1.20

I have a BRT rolltable that produces multiple results. When I click the Roll+ it correctly generates multiple result in the chat. However When I interact with one item in the list, it only interact with the last item on the list.

For example, the table generate a list of 3 items. When I open the first item, it open the third item instead. When I grab and drop the second item in an inventory, it move the third item.

**Foundry Version: 11 315

**Game System: DnD5E

I noticed it only happen for BRT created directly from a Compendium, with the specific function
