Compressor sidedness? #50

Trying to pipe items in and out of the compressor. Working a little too well. All piping, even vanilla hoppers, will draw items out of the input slot. This would be fine using filtered outputs, if there weren't items that need to be compressed twice. My filter for step 1 is drawing Carbon out while I'm trying to compress it again. Any chance of blocking the input slot, or adding auto-output?

I'm currently too busy to work on this mod, if someone wants to PR fixes, I'll gladly accept :)
