Update fonts to use UtopiaStd-Regular (roman) and LuxiaMono (teletype).
Replace "P4_16" in title with "P4"
Replace "Architecture WG" in author with "P4 Language Consortium"
Typeset P4 code in P4Example yellow boxes.
