Split up into more dists #8

All services under the WWW::Shorten main dist should be in their own dists. Only one default service should remain in WWW::Shorten.

I'd suggest keeping only ::TinyURL in the main dist. Anyone have any objections to that?

That seems to a be stable option to choose (famous last words!)

Well, it seems that was kind of done for us. Lin.kz is now dead as well. So, the only functioning service left in the core dist is WWW::Shorten::TinyURL.
