There is very little docs on the workflow to get the info out of the data files.
I also saw three qc-* scripts which aren't mentioned in the docs or listed in the distro on search.cpan/metacpan. Are they considered public or private at the moment?
(qc-html seems misnamed, does it really do something like qc-create-cover_db?)
