Data Selections #2

Right now there are some commands where you must specify beforehand with a flag, i.e. decanter list submissions -c foo -a bar.

I think it would be more convenient to open a new form and select from:

  1. courses
  2. assignments

Then print. Obviously skipping where flags are provided.
