Description

Adds a public display property to testcases, along wtih a GET endpoint for retreiving a single exercsie based on its id.

Changes

Updates DTO
Adds new rules to validator for DTO
resolves instantiation conflicts of previous usages of the DTO
Adds a single testcase to ensure that we fail if no public testcase is set
Adds response DTO for a single exercise.
Adds repository functionality to get a single exercise.
Adds endpoint to GET single exercise

Additional Information

Endpoint is purposely allowed to be accessed by anyone.

With a number of PRs being merged, it could be beneficial with a common discussion of placings and naming in the repository Examples:

Namings of different exercise and testcase models
The "bruno" folder, could be nested into another more fitting structure.
Consider if functionality from SolutionRepository is more fitting in ExerciseRepository.
