  1. generate confounds_v2 required inputs by fsl.FAST in deepprep/nextflow/bin/bold_anat_prepare.py
  2. copy confounds_v2 required inputs to WorkDir/sub-*/confounds in deepprep/nextflow/bin/bold_preprocess.py
  3. generate confounds_v2 in deepprep/nextflow/bin/bold_confounds_v2.py
