Upgrade from R39-6 to 41 #259

Can you give a tutorials on how to upgrade R39-6 to 41

There was some tutorial to upgrade to R40 (as it was a massive upgrade compared to R39) available on the SA-MP forums, but now looks like it is gone. This release had all of the breaking changes listed here: https://github.com/pBlueG/SA-MP-MySQL/releases/tag/R40.

Also, I tried to search for the original tutorial in some archives and Google, but all I found was this: https://alphacs.ro/showthread.php?109650-Tutorial-Updating-BlueG-s-MySQL-plugin-R33-scripts-to-R40 I have no idea if this is the entire tutorial that was originally posted by maddinat0r (if I remember correctly) and it is also pretty hard to understand it, as it has no highlighting or whatsoever.
