Update the logo to reflect Angular's identity changes #42

Issue Summary

Angular's identity has recently been revamped, including its logo. To reflect those changes, ngx-flagr's logo should too.

Unfortunately, my skills in producing any kind of image are not great to say the least.

Additional Information

The updated logo should still be the Angular shield but with an "F" on it, instead of the "A".
