Hello everyone,
1) I couldn't figure out how to create a new SILAC medium-heavy label. This would have Arg6 and Lys4 instead of Arg10 and Lys8. Anyone knows?
2) Also, what all those parameters in "Quantitation" > "Advanced" mean?
3) Finally, should I add SILAC as a fixed modification in the "Identification" tab?
4) I'd love to have a tutorial from you. Is there one available? Your user guide PDF was not very informative...
