Columns in qry.res files #32

I am searching a metaproteome. Most of my spectra should be human. I would like to look at alternative human spectral matches for spectra that matched to microbial peptides. I believe this information is in the qry.res files that pFind produces.

Can you provide me some information on the content and structure?

i think you can use pfind.spectra directly??
