Alternative fragmentation #20

Would it be possible to include the assignment of c and z ions (and perhaps a and x too)? Now, in my EThcD runs only the HCD fragments are assigned, while higher peptide scores will be possible with additional assignment of c/z ions. Or will this slow down the search a lot?
