Custom target decoy database #30

If I want to use a custom target decoy database, I understand that I need to convert N-X-S/T into J-X-S/T. But besides that, how do I specify the prefix that is used for decoys or do I need to use a specific prefix so hat pGlyco doesn't build decoys by itself?

Just to clarify this issue again: pGlyco seems to be generating decoys for any provided database. Is there a way to avoid this so that a custom target decoy database can be used?

pGlyco2 does not support users to customize target-decoy database currently.
