Hi,

I use pGlyco3.1 but the software seems not working although the software showed task complete. I checked the summary in the results and it showed that MS2 scan is zero. But, we loaded Thermo raw file and it should contain plenty MS2 scans. Do you have any ideas what happened here? Thanks.

Hi @Chiawei-CH , this is due to the issue of different Windows release. Many Windows releases work, but some do not. We are working on this
