i am getting a blank screen when i have installed via Softaculous Auto Installer and also i have installed via FTP as well

Hi @a1gamingonline,

What PHP version are you running on your server? In a few days, v18 will be released and it might fixed your issue.

Could you already try with the beta build available at https://github.com/pH7Software/pH7-Social-Dating-CMS/releases/tag/18.0.0-beta.1 (Source code zip archive) and let me know if you are still facing the same problem?

For your information @a1gamingonline, by default, for security reasons, the error messages are hidden (reason why you see a blank page).

So, you can also try to enable the development mode to show the PHP errors (exceptions) on the page?

To do so, please edit _protected/app/configs/config.ini, and replace environment = production to environment = development, and then save it.

Then, go back to your web browser and refresh the page. From there, you will normally see an explanatory PHP error message. Let me know the error(s) you see from there. I will be able to help you once you can share the error message 🙂
