Bug when binding mesh positioning hand is wrong with offset #9

Hi, thanks for reporting this bug. Are there any details you can add? Maybe a .blend file containing the two armatures before the bind, and no meshes?

Hi,

it looks like Genesis characters introduce some extra bones. Please use upload this one to Mixamo

Then you will have to stick to "download with skin" for now. I'll look for a better integration in the future

Update:

as an alternative, select the mixamo rig after the bind and go to edit mode, activate the bone layer 24 (the only other layer).

You will see a mismatch between retargeting and mixamo bones. Snapping the head of the retargeting bone to the mixamo bones should fix the issue. Retargeting bones end with "RET"

I have also run into a similar issue, the retarget looks ok, but the bones looks like they have been offset
