Menus turn transparent while in windowed or borderless windowed #1

This one took me a while to track down. While the game is running in windowed or borderless windowed ( I tried at 4k, 1080 and at the lowest resolution, occured on all of them), the skyrim window itself becomes transparent. I managed to consistently replicate this in an environment stripped down to only the listed depencies, SSE engine fix crashes,BEES,crashlogger, the dlc content and some creation content.

I am running this on 1.6.640 and I do not have ENB or reshade installed. (TBB prelaoder is installed for SSE Engine Fixes).

Maybe a problem with ImGUI, I had a transparency issue in development, but with fullscreen window (also borderless fullscreen) there was never a problem. So I think this is a low priority issue as it should not affect actual gameplay.

Confirmed, same transparency problem, resolved by switching to full screen.
