Turning it on / off would be cool. Especially being able to turn it off (end of night routines).

It works, except for the power-on function, which annoyingly - does not.

It's going to be necessary to try HDMI-CEC, i think, possibly by putting my Pi onto the TV's HDMI3 port.

No, I reckon I am going to need a IR/RF blaster.

I have the ir remote, and the command for power on works. Still need to do something with the primitive, but this issue is now done with.
