Homekit entities keep changing rooms #30

I have been rebooting HA, and occasionally it results in the HomeKit entities reverting to the Default room, or just not coming back at all.

I need a reliable approach. Some people have suggested that it has to do with the entities not being available, and so waiting >= 1 min to ensure that they have all come up successfully.

seems to have recurred again yesterday (the 21st). So, this remains an issue.

I think it makes sense to implement this.

I have implemented this on the development branch, which is running in production at this time.

I have restarted the system about 6 times with no problems.

Should perform a log-file analysis.

If it's still good at the end of the weekend - fold back intp master, and release.
