Eliminate reliance on Hue groups and redefine them statically in the Home Assistant confit #97

There is a global setting available that allows to disable the importing of these groups from Hue.

Once that's done - should be pretty straightforward to use the Zones concept in HA to achieve the same thing.

As a general principle I prefer to use HA features rather than those of a dependent platform / integration. That goes double when the platform in question goes through the cloud.

I've removed the Hue platform entirely, and replaced it with zigbee2mqtt and some appdaemon code to do the basics. So - this issue is now moot.
