Dependency updates #105

major version updates, updated and renamed tests and test flags.

This allows the project to continue to use @rowanmanning/make scripts, but references the latest versions. Additionally, updated mocha version requires the --exit flag. Updated make scripts depend on filenames matching **/*.test.js.
