Show results when the audit passed (threshold) #188

Regarding this https://github.com/pa11y/pa11y-ci/issues/54 the goal is to show the errors when audit passed with a given threshold.

Hi @yansifw - thank you very much for this suggested implementation. We'll bear your ideas in mind but I think we'll need to give this some thought, and perhaps settle on some configuration. 🙂
