Fix Typo in Readme, wrong json key name #89

I was going to put a PR in to update the ReadMe because the keyword "default" is not working for me. I didn't want to create confusion by just putting a PR but wanted to know why this got changed? I see the mock configs have "defaults" and pa11y-ci.js is looking for defaults on config. Thanks! (new to open source)
