Fixed the a11y errors on Pa11y dashboard results and add new url page #285

  1. Fixed color contrast issues.
  2. Removed aria-labels used for list items that were unnecessary and causing duplicate ID errors
  3. There are few rules with a similar name so added one extra space to resolve duplicate ID error (Any other suggestion is welcome).
