This may be particular to "ES'HAIL 2" with longitudes between -90 and 180 degrees.

This issue was with ES'HAIL 2 but could be with others. ES'HAIL 2 has an orbital period of ~0.99 days (geosynchronous?) So in some locations it never rises, no problem, but in some it never sets which does cause a problem. Version 0.1.2 has a workaround of limiting computing any pass prediction for objects with an orbital period < 0.9 days. The original P13 code will have to be modified to do something reasonable for long period/geosynchronous objects.
