Add filtering by free-tag to search / map #328

Implement as a separate tab with a radio button, that appends to search string

[ ] Make it so that category search goes straight to map.
[ ] Add a Tags-tab in search that is greyed out.
[ ] When clicking on a tf-category, go to Tags-tab.
[ ] Add a hook to trigger a search from Tags-Tab
