Add Mariupol and Kherson cities

I think you should add some sort of check to also include to cities of Mariupol and Kherson in this redirect thing. Those cities were recently captured by Russia so people there should suffer as they are part of Russia now.

Disagree. Only Russia and Russian aligned regions/states recognise these as "part of Russia now". Ukraine does not recognise this as Russian territory.

In reality, I expect these Russian controlled territories have routed their internet access via the Russian internet so on RU IPs now.
