Silence breaks the tuner #2

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a quiet place where there is no sound at all
2. Open the app and select the tuner
3. Play a note on an instrument

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tuner should pick up the note that was played. Instead, it stays stuck on
whatever frequency it last heard before the silence. It appears to remain
permanently stuck in this state; the only way I've found to unstick it is to
press the "Clear data" button in Manage applications.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.0 on Android 2.3.5, Samsung Galaxy W

Please provide any additional information below.
The tuner otherwise seems to work fine as long as there is no silence at any
point while the app is open.
