torch update command added before torchani #51

Hi there,

I just added an update on the torch since I found in my case, it only worked once I did that. It seems to me, over time there is a risk of an unmatched version of torch and torchani since the latter seems to require the latest torch, so it might be better to have an update command for torch there.
