Has this project been abandoned? It’s been awhile since the last commit. I’d be interested to help if the owner is still committed to the project

Hey @outlace, thanks for your interest. It took me a while to see your open issue, so I guess you guessed my level of commitment to the project these days.

By the time I started this project the [KeplerMapper] (https://github.com/MLWave/kepler-mapper) library was sort of discontinued, so I decided to do my own open-source implementation. Since a year or so, the authors of KeplerMapper have revamped its development and it is much more complete that this project, so I recommend looking into it for TDA/Mapper related contributions.

I will add some disclaimer on the README pointing to the development status of this project and pointing to [KeplerMapper] (https://github.com/MLWave/kepler-mapper) for interested contributors.
