Rework README, version #7

I believe this plugin has now reached a state where it needs active users in order to provide feedback on its operation. This PR reworks the README to follow the current version of the settings and sets the version to 1.1.0. I recommend creating a release and submitting the plugin for inclusion in the OctoPrint plugin repository.
