update for eeprom over i2c using rpi header. #9

sd card writing is expensive we can use raspberry pi header to write to an external eeprom. Even the btt miniups is not even supported in klipper this would be a better way to add this feature.

You are welcome to add that feature with a PR. However, not everyone uses a RPi (or SBC in general)
