New constructor (or factory method?) with ExecutorService as argument. #70

Hi, 
is it possible to add new constructor for Wiser with ExecutorService as 
argument. Wee need to change default behavior of handling threads.

My second question is: could I start inner SMTPServer serverThread as a "daemon 
type" somehow? 

I'm adding a patch for adding constructor, if it helps.
