Give reference for Varadahn's formula by pull-backs of metrics by lipeomorphisms #13

A couple of paragraphs before the Harnack (H), there is a claim that Varadahn's formula holds for pull-backs of metrics by lipeomorphisms. What is the ref?

Well, it's immediate in calculation right?

h = \phi^* g d_h(x,y) = d_g (f(x), f(y)) \rho^h_t(x,y) = \rho^g_t(f(x),f(y))

And now, you have varadhan for g, so take x' = f(x), y' = f(y), and Bob's your uncle?
