New Info section creation is buggy

1. info section is created, but there are problems:

   1. redirection page is wrong

      1. currently, site tries to process, times out after about a minute
      2. then redirects to: https://pabsttheater.org/wp-admin/post.php with an error message that reads:

      Page not found.Oops!
      You may have clicked a link that is inactive or we led you astray. 
      Never fear! Use the menu above to find what you are looking for, 
      or you can view events by starting below.)

      

      1. should go either to:
         1. the info section list or
         2. the edit page of the newly created info section

   2. two fields don't save:

      1. Display Headline - when info is entered, published, and then user opens to edit, it is not saved
      2. Default Section checkbox - when checked, published, and then user opens to edit, it is not saved
      3. after saving, both fields are incorrect
