As a user, I want to adjust my goals as needed so that they remain relevant to my current fitness level.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can modify existing goals, including target values and deadlines.
Adjustments are validated and updated securely in the database.
Users receive confirmation upon successfully adjusting a goal.
