Development.Tools_v2023-10-23.exe and Development.Tools_v2023-10-08.exe -- error message unable to find SetupS #6

When app is attempted to be run, SetupS_x64 is not found.

Included programs can be run if Development.Tools is extracted, so whatever script is used to create Development.Tools has a problem.

a quick look makes me believe that there is an error in the Autoit script which i know nothing about
