Horace 3 generates incorrect run_id-s #1570

incorrect sqw file have been identified when file was build from 94 spe files but all these files were producing the same run_id in the resulting sqw object.

We now sure that current Horace-3 produces this bug

fixed through #1571 though all runs there are failing as try to run against Master and do not pool herbert
