Horace-4 lost possibility to generate sqw file from existing tmp files #1627

If Horace-3 finds existing tmp files while trying to generate sqw file (gen_sqw) it uses them unless opposite is specified

Horace-4 lost this useful possibility which is sometimes very inconvenient especially when replicate option is used and generated input filenames may be relatively complex
