scales for ortholinear projections #1670

spherical and cylindrical projections currently generate cuts in $A^{-1}$ only. Sililarly to linear projections, it should be possibility to make cuts in various reciporcal lattice units (e.g. $a^{*}$, $b^{*}$ etc)
