This is part of Epic Re #1639. Investigate the possibility of using bin intersection algorithm used in Horace-3 in Horace-4

As investigation have shown, Horace-3 bin intersection can not be used as such, but may be used as part of more general algorithm.

Updated cell intersection algorithm is the final result of this thicket.
